#100burpeeburnout – Quick, Easy, Heart-Pumping Workout

Got 20-30 minutes? Try out this burpee circuit workout with a friend or two, and you will be transported to the Isles of the Endorphins.

Workout:

10 sets of:

10 burpees – burpees are bae

10 bicep curls – choose a weight that’s challenging but not impossible

10 leg lifts – great for the lower abs

10 russian twists – oblique obliteration

Then take obligatory selfie to show your friends.
