#1000 Jumprope Challenge – It’s Easier than You Think!

Jumping rope is one of the most effective ways to melt fat (while having fun, of course!). It can burn over 1000 calories per hour (fans as we are, we do not recommend) and especially adds definition to your shoulders and calves. However, since jumping is pretty high impact, jumping rope is best implemented in short bursts. Try incorporating it into your routine with this short n’ sweet circuit (and remember, pain is weakness leaving the body):

10 sets of:

100 jumps

10 bicep curls (challenging but not impossible weight)

10 leg raises (lower ab attack)
